At last! A reusable-durable “exploding” GERMAN scale droppable bomb is finally available ! These droppable bombs split open upon impact to disperse energy, as well as dispense an inert payload, such as powder, ash, paintballs… any safe, LIGHT medium. Payload is contained in a separately molded compartment that keeps the bomb balanced and within safe weight parameters, and positive magnetic latching action keeps the bomb securely together until the point of impact!
Another unique and exclusive feature of these LEGEND HOBBY simulated “exploding” bombs is that the stabilizer fin bases are manufactured into shape so no gluing in of delicate fins and therefore no fins to break off! This results in A MUCH STRONGER BOMB, which is a great thing if you plan on dropping them often!!!
Although these bombs are really really tough, they are not totally indestructible and can be damaged eventually. We highly recommend using these LEGEND HOBBY GERMAN BOMBS with our LEGEND HOBBY HEAVY DUTY RELEASE MECHANISMS for best use/results! We offer several styles of releases to allow you maximum installation opportunities!
Designed using cutting edge CAD software, these 250Kg German Styled WWII Simulated Exploding Bombs were produced from scale images and 3 views and then manufactured with tight tolerances to assure the best possible fit, shape, and symmetry. Use for decoration, or make them droppable… your choice. Mounting system not included (We highly recommend our LEGEND HOBBY HEAVY DUTY RELEASE MECHANISMS for best operation/results).
This ordinance when used with the LEGEND HOBBY HD RELEASE MECHANISMS will allow quick loading and unloading of ordnance on the ground.

These "Simulated Expoding" 250Kg style bombs are sold individually NOTE: This can be installed on un-assembled ARFs or finished airplanes, and will also adapt to other similarly sized Warbirds with minimal modification. Recommended for LEGEND HOBBY HD RELEASE MECHANISMS. The drop tanks, replica bombs and release systems are available for you to purchase as options so you can choose between different bombs & drop tank styles.
